Introduce your dog or older puppy to the agility equipment using positive, motivational methods! We focus on safety and enjoyment, allowing each dog to move at his own pace, gaining confidence as he progresses. All Levels of Agility are offered including sequencing and Masters Course work! AKC Rally & Competition Obedience Classes
Ongoing monthly classes:
- 9-11 am AKC Utility/Open/Nov Obedience semi-private lessons $40/half hr
- 11:00 am AKC Masters/ Excellent/Advanced Rally $80/4 weeks
- 1 pm Obedience/rally ring rental $30/ half hour
What is Rally? In Rally, a dog and their handler move together through a course made up of 12-20 signs. Each sign displays a skill to perform such as turns or behaviors like sit, down, or stay. The dog and handler work together and should show a sense of teamwork and enthusiasm throughout the course! All levels of Rally are offered. Read more.
AKC Fast CAT Competitions
What is Fast CAT?FAST CAT® – which stands for Coursing Ability Test – is a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure. It’s over before you know it — and it’s nothing short of awe-inspiring to watch your dog run at top speed, ears back, eyes focused, legs strong! Check out the awesome videos on our Facebook page! $20/2 practice runs for new dogs or puppies after the completion of the last event on Saturday.
Recall practice available on the track to our monthly obedience, rally and agility students. Call Emily (210) 601-4147 for more information about entering an official AKC event. It is strongly suggested to attend practice events to help new dogs be successful in an official trial. Read more.
Agility Skills & Drills Workshops
Agility workshops with Courtney Moore. Contact Courtney directly through Facebook Messenger or text 512-487-4478. Please leave a complete message with your name and the level you are interested in. Dogs should be able to do jumps and tunnels without luring for the Beginner level. All dogs should be non-reactive (aggressive) to dogs and people: 2023 schedule to be determined.

AKC Scent Work Practice
Alamo Dog Obedience Club members practice AKC Scent work at our Event Center for upcoming AKC Scent work trials for club members entered in trials.
